Benefits for vendors and handling objections
Vendors suffer when they need to go through a setup process with large companies. Just as a major process is required to commission a new vendor from your side, your vendors are exposed to forms, learning new systems and tedious processes that often don’t make sense for what they are selling. The end result is that onboarding can take weeks or even months, with problems and coordinations along the way. And if there are any issues it is often challenging to get them resolved or to even know who to contact!

For example, if you buy something on Amazon from a marketplace provider, the commission taken by Amazon is usually 12-15%. Candex commissions never exceed 3%.

The best way to avoid vendor objection is to tell them upfront that they will need to use Candex. Then give them the following reasons why this is a good thing:
  • Similar pricing to a credit card transaction
  • Avoids a setup process
  • Only way to get paid
  • Faster orders and payments
If all else fails, when you absorb the fee instead of forcing the vendor to do so, this almost always handles the objection.
