How to edit POs after creation
The method to edit a PO after its been created is normally the following:

You can go into your purchasing system where you created the order, and find the transaction, then edit the PO amount, and put the order through another approval cycle. Once approved, the new amount will be released to Candex and the amount authorized on that order will be amended. If the update was successful, you will receive a notice by email from Candex, which tells you that the PO was updated and reflected for the vendor. Please note that you cannot add a line item to an order after the initial order. You can only amend the current line item with the new amount.

In the event that your company does not allow PO changes or you are unable to change a PO for any reason, you can always delete the current order in your purchasing system and create a new requisition with the new amount to be authorized. Once the new order is approved, a new PO will be released to your vendor.
