Candex has a comprehensive reminder system used to give vendors a nudge to take the necessary steps to get paid. Once your order is released, the vendor will get an immediate email telling them that an order was released for their benefit and they must accept the order in order to begin work and ultimately get paid.

If they do not accept the order, they will receive auto reminders on day 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 17, and 28. On day 10 and 21 special reminders from Candex Customer Success team will be sent out to both you and the vendor.
