- Pay To - this is where you add your billing details. You can have more than one bank account set up in order to receive different payments.
- Bill To - this is the Candex entity which you should bill on your invoice. Please note that if your invoice is not issued to the proper Candex entity, it will result in rejecting your invoice which may cause delays to your payment.
- Deliver To - this is the buyer’s address for shipping and services. Please do not issue your invoice to the Deliver To address as your invoice will be rejected and this may result in delays to your payment.
- Billable Item - this where you enter the amount of your invoice. Notice that the PO amount is limited, therefore you can invoice for the full amount or for several partial amounts, but you cannot exceed the total limit.
- Add Detail - this button allows you to edit the local tax on your invoice according to the available tax levels in your area. Some buyers also allow you to add your shipping details and costs through this button on top of the PO limit.
- Invite Finance - on the top right corner, this button allows you to invite your finance contact to upload the invoice for you.
