All Orders are distributed only to the email address which the buyer entered when they created the order, so it is best to let the buyer know which email address is best to receive orders in your business.

If you received an order which should be processed by another person from your company, you can easily grant them access from inside the order on Candex.

On the top menu of the order click the Add Colleague button and paste your colleagues email address. If your colleague is not a registered user with Candex yet, this invite will also provide as a registration link for them.
